Please send a copy or picture of each guest’s passport or provide passport details for each guest. See below.

Meeting the Boat

We offer transfers to and from the boat and will pick you up directly at your hotel. Within city limits.

If you would like to make your own way to the boat, a dock location will be provided at the time of your booking.

If staying within walking distance of the Mekong. We will provide the closest and most convenient dock location in relation to your hotel.

Culinary Services

Cruises offering culinary services must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure and guests’ food preferences provided.

Last-minute bookings made 24 hours or less prior to departure will be managed at the time of the booking.

Child Policy

13 years & up – Full Price

4-12 years – 20% Off

3 year & under – Free

Late Arrivals & No Shows

If guests are late for their scheduled departure Bounmi will not be held liable for any loss of time.

If time does not permit completion of the scheduled cruise, Bounmi will offer the best alternative option(s). No refund will be given for late arrivals.

No shows will be subject to 100% charge.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Notice by email must be made for any and all amendments or cancellations. Send to: info@bounmi.com.

All refunds shall be processed through Bounmi.

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to departure, will receive a full refund less $15 usd admin fee.

Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to departure, will be subject to 50% of cruise price. Loss of deposit.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before departure will be subject to 100% of cruise price.

Should Bounmi Cruises cancel a cruise all efforts will be made to reschedule the missed cruise or a full refund will be given for services not rendered.
